VolleyDawg Training Academy

Our VolleyDawg camps are designed to be quick but impactful training sessions to improve all of your skills.  We will focus on a variety of different skills and look to build into game-like drills and competitions. Come train like a VolleyDawg! 

Requirements: Ages 12 - 18

Cost: $63 ($60 + $3 fee)

Puppy Dawg Camp

Puppy Dawg Camp is designed to be an introduction to the game of volleyball and catered towards campers who are younger. Campers will be coached on the proper mechanics and fundamental skills of volleyball while having fun and learning to love the game. 

For younger campers who may have experience, camp drills will be tailored to them to make sure they are still challenged. 

Requirements: Ages 5 - 10

Cost: $79 ($75 + $4 fee)

Top Dawg: College ID Camp

TopDawg - College ID Camp is designed for advanced athletes who intend to play at the Division 1 collegiate level and beyond.  Campers should have at least two years club experience.  Sessions will be structured to give athletes a look into what it takes to play college volleyball at Mississippi State. Throughout this camp, players will experience what it takes to train and compete within the Mississippi State Volleyball Program. This camp will include lunch, an athletics facility tour, and a camp t-shirt.  This is a great camp for athletes looking to improve their game, play at the next level, and train like an MSU volleyball player! Hail State! 

Requirements: Grades 9 - 12

Cost: $168 ($160 + $8 fee)

Team Camp: Train + Play

Come train like a bulldog with us!! We will start the day with individual training with your team and breakouts by skill and/or position. 

Our team camp offers a great opportunity for teams to kick start your season working on both individual skills and team systems! Teams will receive coaching and feedback from Bulldog Coaches + Players assigned to your team.  

Requirements: Grades 8 - 12

Cost: $100 ($95 + $5 fee)

All Skills Camp

For players of ALL levels and experience, this two day camp is designed to improve the basic skills of volleyball: serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and digging. The camp will focus on building upon the fundamentals of the game and provide each camper with a unique Bulldog Volleyball experience.  

Requirements: Grades 7 - 12, JUCO & Community College

Cost: $262.50 ($250 + $12.50)

Positional Clinic 1 & 2

1) Serve, Pass, Defend – 9 am – 12 pm à Serve, Pass and Defend camp will cover the skills of serving, serve receive/passing and defense.  Campers will dive into the technical training and proper mechanics of serving, serve receive and ball control.  We will also spend time breaking down digging and defensive technique. Campers will be taught simple basics as well as advanced technical training into game situations.  This positional clinic is appropriate for all levels of player. 

2) Setting + Attacking – 1 pm – 4 pm à Setting and Attacking Clinic will teach the proper mechanics of setting and attacking.   Athletes who want to improve their setting skills will receive technical training from hand contact and footwork to in-game situations.  Campers will be taught simple basics as well as advanced technical training into game situations.  This positional clinic is appropriate for all levels of player.
